Thoughts on Creating

I like the process of creating better than the outcome. Drawings for example; the finished product is something that you may or may not understand, if you even care to understand it; but when you're in the process of creation, surrounded by thoughts and tools and raw material ready to be given purpose, everything lies before you, bare, honest, and clear. You can see the purpose and intention being weaved through every pencil mark on paper, and everything is united by a single, naked purpose that doesn't care who likes it and who doesn't; it just exists purely to exhaust every fiber and pour every thought of it's being into a purpose to be understood by no one but the artist.
